STEP 1

PROJET INQUIRY QUESTIONNAIRE

We want to hear about your project! To begin your design journey with us, please fill out our Project Inquiry Form on our website. This information will enable us to review your upcoming project and prepare for an initial phone call to discuss your project in greater detail.

STEP 2

THE DISCOVERY CALL

Once we have had a chance to review your responses, our team will reach out with you to schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone call with Alexis. During our chat, we will walk through our process and fees, as well as ask you specific questions about your project so that we can let you know which of our services would be the best fit.

STEP 3

THE INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULT OR THE MEET + GREET

Let's meet! These 1 or 2 hour paid consultations will take place in your home or at our design studio. We will meet, discuss your design goals and project requirements and explain our 6-Phase Design Process and how we can ensure your project’s success. Not long after, we will follow up with a customized project Proposal for our Interior Design services.

STEP 4

THE PROPOSAL

We will use the information we gathered from the consultation to prepare a project proposal tailored to your unique project, which will outline our scope of work, estimated fees, payment schedule and projected timeline for us to begin and complete the design, seeing your project through from start to finish.

STEP 5

THE AGREEMENT

In order to secure your spot on our design calendar, we will require a signed Services Agreement and a paid Retainer for Services. With these formalities out of the way, we can focus on the fun part - designing your dream space!

STEP 6

THE HOMEWORK

While we await the start of your project, we will ask you to fill out a Design Brief Questionnaire. Your input will allow us to get to know you even better so we can create a more personalized and meaningful design that reflects your unique lifestyle. We’ll also set you up with your Project Dashboard - an online portal that allows you to view everything we have shared with you regarding your project, stored conveniently through a live link to ensure the most up to date documents are always accessible to you.
